Every deploy, explained
A plain-language story for each release: what changed, whether it succeeded, and how a failure was recovered — cited back to the commit.
Every deploy explained in plain language — with DORA metrics, security posture and runner health in one place. Without ranking a single developer.
What you get
A plain-language story for each release: what changed, whether it succeeded, and how a failure was recovered — cited back to the commit.
DORA delivery metrics, review-flow health and AI adoption — aggregated by repository and by org, never by individual.
Vulnerability findings, code quality and repository best-practices — SHA-pinned actions, scoped tokens, environment gates — scored against a real baseline.
Disk that fills by accumulation, root-owned leftovers, runaway memory — reported outward from your runners. 8Manager never reaches in.
The principle
The same information is a gift or a weapon depending on who owns the data. 8Manager measures flow, not people — there is no per-author leaderboard, and there never will be. That is a design decision, not a missing feature.
Keyless by design
Runners report their own health outward through a keyless OIDC exchange. Command lines are redacted at the source, before anything is sent, and every tenant's data is encrypted with its own key.
